    Are you success and sales driven? AMLI Residential has a great opportunity for a Leasing Consultant at our 318 unit luxury apartment mid-rise located in Austin. 

     

    Leasing Consultants are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our “SMART Office” technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. As a Leasing Consultant you must posses strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities and a desire to work in an environment with cutting edge leasing technology. 

     

    Requirements: We are looking for someone with two or more years sales or related experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus. Weekends are required. Previous leasing experience is a plus.
